Thank you for shopping with PeapodMats. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our online store at www.peapodmats.com
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12PM PST may be processed the following business day.
In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Times Canada and US:
PeapodMats uses Amazon Fulfillment Shipping for all shipping destinations within Canada and the continental US. The fulfillment center will provide tracking information by email once they have assigned a courier to your shipment. If you haven't received updated information regarding your delivery in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not provide a valid email at the time of ordering you will not receive shipment updates.
Canada: Standard Shipping 6-10 business days
US: Standard Shipping 6-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to local delivery services or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Shipping costs:
We offer free shipping for orders within Canada and the continental US. For International orders (Europe, Asia-Pac/Aus) shipping costs will be calculated at time of checkout. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Europe, Asia-Pac/Aus) please NOTE: Canada Post Small Packet International Air is NOT trackable. Quoted delivery time from Canada Post for this service is 6 — 10 days. Customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Important Shipping Information for apartment complexes:
If your order is being shipped to an apartment or multi-unit building, please ensure there is a secure location for delivery (e.g., parcel locker, concierge, or secure mailroom). We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages after delivery is confirmed.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped by the fulfillment center you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have not received updated information, please check your spam/junk folder.
Wrong address entered:
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout. Once an order has been processed and assigned to a courier through the fulfillment center, we are unable to make any changes to the address or intercept the package. Any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry is the responsibility of the customer including replacing the product and the shipping.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@peapodmats.com with 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue, but PeapodMats is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
Damaged Packages
While we take care to ensure your order is securely packed, sometimes boxes may be scuffed, dented, or otherwise damaged during transit. Please note that cosmetic damage to the shipping box does not affect the quality or performance of the product inside. Unless the mat itself arrives physically damaged or defective, we are not able to provide a refund or replacement.
