Acceptance of Terms
The public use of this website, sale of product and use of services are governed by the Terms and Conditions. By using all or any part of the PeapodMats web site, you agree to and are bound by all of the terms set forth. Please take a few minutes to review.
Return and Exchange
For PeapodMats purchased at any one of our Retailers please refer to their return policy for returns.
We want you to love your PeapodMat! We are so sure you’ll be happy with your purchase that we offer a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” or an exchange from date of purchase. So go ahead, shop with confidence we’ve got you covered! Please note, any shipping charges associated with purchases will not be refunded.
USA and CANADA RETURNS:
Step 1. Please contact us first info@peapodmats.com to receive an RMA#
Step 2. Print your return label
Step 3. Once you have printed the return label, please drop off your package at the nearest Courier location.
Shipping costs of returned items within the 30-Day period are at the expense of the Purchaser. Shipping charges may will apply if an order is mistakenly placed, or the shipping address was entered incorrectly. There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items. PeapodMats will not be able to accept returns if the mats have been damaged by washing mishaps such as blotching, discoloration, shrinkage, misuse, accident, modification, or repair.
We pride ourselves on the quality of PeapodMats, if there is an issue that occurs outside of the 30-Day Guarantee period, please email us at info@peapodmats.com to discuss and resolve any issues you may be having with your PeapodMat.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order does not arrive, please contact us to investigate, email us at info@peapodmats.com. If you have not contacted us within 30 days of your order date, we cannot offer any compensation or replacement stock.
NOTE: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order's shipping address.
Receiving your refund
Please be advised that credits can take up to 14-30 days from the day we receive your items in our warehouse. Once your credit is processed it will be put back directly onto your method of payment. If the item is an exchange we will ship you a new PeapodMat as soon as we recieve the returned one.
Sale Items
There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items.
Wrong address entered
The customer is responsible for entering the correct and complete address at checkout. Any additional costs that arise out of incorrect or incomplete address entry is the responsibility of the customer including replacing the product and the shipping.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order does not arrive, please contact us to investigate. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged Goods
If the product you ordered arrives in an unusable and/or damaged state, please contact us within three (3) business days so we can move quickly to correct the issue and ship to you a product in good condition or credit you the amount if you wish to cancel your order. If the product is to be returned to us, we will issue a call-tag for pick by our shipping provider, in some cases, to keep carbon emissions to a minimum, we may only require a clear photograph of the damage emailed to us in order to provide proof to manufacturer.
Disputes and Governing Law
PeapodMats Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia. All disputes arising from the use of the PeapodMats website and/or this agreement
