Acceptance of Terms

The public use of this website, sale of product and use of services are governed by the Terms and Conditions. By using all or any part of the PeapodMats web site, you agree to and are bound by all of the terms set forth. Please take a few minutes to review.

Return and Exchange

For PeapodMats purchased at any one of our Retailers please refer to their return policy for returns.

We want you to love your PeapodMat! If you are unsatisfied with your PeapodMat we will give you a 100% refund or exchange (upon receipt and inspection of product). For sanitary reasons PeapodMats may be returned up to 30 days UNUSED from the date you ordered the item(s). Shipping costs of returned items are at the expense of PeapodMats. There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items.

Return Process:

Please contact us first about any issue with regards to your PeapodMat: info@peapodmats.com or 1.855.732.7636

Once you've contacted us we will provide you with a Canada Post RA# (Return Authorization Number).  Repack item(s) with all labels, hang tags, instructions, etc. into box/bag. Include in the box the original or copy of your invoice/receipt.

Step 2. Print your return label

Step 3. Once you have printed the return label, please drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post location or schedule a pick up . To schedule a Canada Post pick up, please contact 1.800.260.7678

Receiving your refund

Please be advised that credits can take up to 14-30 days from the day we receive your items in our warehouse. Once your credit is processed it will be put back directly onto your method of payment.  If the item is an exchange we will ship you a new PeapodMat as soon as we recieve the returned one.

Sale Items

There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items.

Damaged Goods

If the product you ordered arrives in an unusable and/or damaged state, please contact us within three (3) business days so we can move quickly to correct the issue and ship to you a product in good condition or credit you the amount if you wish to cancel your order. If the product is to be returned to us, we will issue a call-tag for pick by our shipping provider, in some cases, to keep carbon emissions to a minimum, we may only require a clear photograph of the damage emailed to us in order to provide proof to manufacturer.

Disputes and Governing Law

PeapodMats Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia. All disputes arising from the use of the PeapodMats website and/or this agreement
